The candidates for above positions must have the following qualifications:

   1. Strong hotel background and at lease have 3 years experience in applied position (candidates who only have assistant manager position experience re also welcome to apply)
   2. Computer literate especially in PMS system
   3. High adaptability in any working environment
   4. Capable in Training Needs Analysis and develop a training program according to the operational needs.
   5. Discipline, Open minded, Positive and Passionate
   6. Proficient in spoken and written English (Mandarin and others advantage)
